PUB REDEVELOPMENT

 

Our pub project was a multi-part build, which required the conversion of the existing pub space into two two-bedroom flats, renovation of the existing staff quarters, and the building of a three-bedroom adjoining property. Planning permission was a challenge on this project, but after much hard work and perseverance it was granted. In-line with our customer-focused ethic and hands-on approach, our team attended all the planning meetings with the client at the Oxford Town Hall.
